Live Calls After a Declined Service Bring More Customers Into Your Store!

The Additional Service Recommended (ASR) and Declined Service Communications will now trigger a live call based off DMS data. This trigger will include the data feed from the ASR and/or the Declined Service for the call center agent so the appropriate information can be conveyed to your customer.
The ability for the call center agent to immediately receive the customer's data will enhance the experience for the customer, making them feel like they are number one at your dealership. The personalized call will demonstrate your dealership's commitment to the maintenance and safety of their vehicle which will leave them with a desire to use your dealership as their preferred vehicle service provider.
