Deerfield Beach, Fla. December 12, 2008 - DMEautomotive, a JMsolutions/DME Holdings LLC company, and Mobile Productivity, Inc. (MPi) announced a new service for dealers that will increase follow-up communication with customers after their vehicles have been in the dealership for repairs or maintenance. The new offering aims to boost the amount of recommended service customers opt to receive.
Through the new relationship, DMEautomotive, a multi-channel automotive marketing and variable communications provider for automobile dealers nationwide, will access dealers’ inspection results and provide follow-up information and incentives to customers who declined recommended services. This will be communicated through multiple avenues-such as mailers, emails and phone calls.
“The ability for dealers to follow-up with their customers on services that were recommended, yet declined, has long been an untapped space in the automotive industry,” commented Mike Walther, president of DMEautomotive. “This new partnership presents an opportunity for dealers to create an additional revenue stream that, up to now, has been mostly untapped.”

The process enables dealers to conduct a thorough customer vehicle inspection and offers a consistent presentation of recommended maintenance or repair services.
