Founded in 1982, DME began as a small direct marketing company specializing in providing clients with a “one stop shop” approach to their direct mail needs. Since then DME has grown into a vertically integrated marketing company that employs over 150 people. The DME state-of-the-art 11 acre office complex and production site includes creative services, offset print, high-end 4-color variable print, letter shop, data management and analytics, e-mail and web development capabilities. DME also houses a high-definition video production studio and an on-site branch of the US Post Office.

DME’s early advancement into the variable print arena, an ongoing commitment to invest in cutting-edge technology, and a passion for trackable results, made them a prime candidate for landing the Southeast Toyota account in 1995. With the Southeast Toyota account the automotive division of DME was born; specializing in enterprise level customer communication lifecycle products for the automotive industry.

In 2007, the automotive division of DME Holdings LLC, which had grown to acquire numerous automotive and aftermarket clients, joined forces with JM Family Enterprises, Inc. to create DMEautomotive LLC.

This joint venture now provides world-class interactive communications and intuitive technology to Southeast Toyota, Chrysler, and Toyota Motor Sales; as well as some of the largest dealer groups in the country, including AutoNation, Lithia Motors, Larry H. Miller Automotive, Van Tuyl Group, The Suburban Auto Group and CarMax Auto Superstores. DMEautomotive also works with numerous aftermarket companies including TBC Retail (Tire Kingdom), and has been chosen as a preferred vendor for service retention marketing for Mitsubishi and Suzuki.
